Do companion apps measure temperature?
No. Android, Desktop, Bay Buddy, and the PWA are clients for your ThermalTrace account. ESP/Arduino probes (or HTTPS feeds) push readings; apps sign in and display them.
Which app should I install first?
Phone: Android companion or the PWA. Desk full dashboard: ThermalTrace Desktop. Glanceable freeze/flood mood on a second monitor: Bay Buddy. Catalog: thermaltrace.dev/apps.
Where are hardware accessories?
